SIBLINGS is important and valuable. It’s timely and many of the emotions and themes and topics resonated with me: joy, sadness, protection, memories, triplets. Made me think of my relationship with my own younger brother: the good memories, but also the estrangement between us and how we haven't spoken in over a decade. I found this art exhibit very relatable. It moved me. One thing that stood out to me: How it starts dark (almost symbolic of living in the shadow of COVID) and toward the end transitions into a burst of color, which I found to convey a sense of hope.

I just experienced this exhibit. I don't know what I was expecting, but I wasn't expecting to feel emotional after viewing the pieces and listening to the stories. It made me think of the sibling whom I speak to daily, my other siblings who I don't see, and my brother who passed away. It brought back a lot of memories. I'm going to share it with my children, too. Thank you, Kyoko.
